Youth Sponsorship Program
How does CCSC help?
- CCSC provides sponsorship to youth, so they can practice and participate in sanctioned shooting sports programs.
- CCSC shooting sports programs are provided to help educate, promote and encourage safe firearms sports and activities with the youth.
- Sponsorship for youth 17 years of age and under at the start of the calendar year.
- CCSC provides financial sponsorship to CCSC youth members with paid youth membership with a complement adult membership, youth membership is $25.00 and an adult membership is $50.00 per calendar year. A portion of the membership fee includes registered insurance with NFA.
- CCSC will provide financial sponsorship to a maximum of $300.00 per calendar year per approved youth. Financial support will be on a reimbursement basis.
- Calendar year runs from January1 - December 31
- Sponsorship funds are intended to be used for the costs of ammunition only.
- If the child/youth needs equipment, we do have some equipment for use. We also can help with the referral to partners within CCSC.
When is the deadline to apply?
- Applications will be accepted from January 1st each year.
- It’s best to submit your application to Chinook Country Shooters Club for sponsorship as soon as possible as there is a limit to eligible funding.
